1. Evaluation Time Limit Rules

1. Products can be evaluated within 15 days after receipt, and other categories can be evaluated within 45 days after receipt; if the product category is confirmed to be received for more than 15 days, and other categories are confirmed to be received for more than 45 days, the system will default to the evaluation;

2. Within 90 days after receipt, you can add an additional evaluation after the evaluation is completed; the service can be evaluated within 45 days after the product is received.

2. Evaluation Rules for Products

1. Evaluation is divided into product evaluation, service evaluation, and venue evaluation;

2. The same product can be evaluated multiple times if it is purchased multiple times (different orders); a product purchased multiple times in one order can only be evaluated once;

3. Evaluation is not supported for postage orders.

III. Rules for sending cloud diamonds for evaluation

1. Text evaluations with a unit price of more than 10 yuan (inclusive) and less than 100 yuan (excluding 100 yuan) will be rewarded with 10 cloud diamonds, and uploading more than 3 pictures related to the purchase of the product will be rewarded with 50 cloud diamonds; Text evaluations with a unit price of more than 100 yuan (inclusive) will be rewarded with 20 cloud diamonds, and uploading more than 3 pictures related to the purchase of the product will be rewarded with 50 cloud diamonds; Successfully submitting an evaluation with an actual payment amount of more than 10 yuan for a single store product will earn cloud diamonds;

2. Additional evaluations and default evaluations will not earn cloud diamonds;

3. Mini program products do not support cloud diamonds for evaluations;

4. Cloud diamonds will not be returned for evaluations of non-self-operated products in group purchases. Some non-self-operated stores in group purchases can set up cloud diamonds for shopping and evaluations according to their own operating needs (specific details are subject to the actual amount received in the user's cloud diamond account).

4. Rules for deducting cloud diamonds from evaluations

1. After the product is returned, the cloud diamonds obtained for the evaluation content corresponding to the order will be deducted:

1) If the product has been evaluated and the customer chooses to return it, the cloud diamonds obtained for the evaluation content corresponding to the order will be deducted;

2) If the product is not evaluated and the customer chooses to return it, the cloud diamond reward will no longer be issued when the evaluation is published for the order;

2. If the system identifies that the evaluation is generated by fake orders, the cloud diamond reward obtained by the evaluation of the corresponding order will be deducted;

3. If the evaluation content fails to pass the review, the cloud diamond reward obtained by the corresponding evaluation will be deducted.

4. Rules for evaluation content

[Purpose] Text and image evaluations should be legal, fair, objective, and true, and truthfully reflect the true situation of the product or service, and eliminate meaningless, illegal, plagiarized evaluation behaviors, etc. The evaluation content should provide reference for other consumers in the shopping decision process.

[Violation Penalties] The platform adheres to the principles of fairness, justice and truthfulness, and will take limited technical means to deal with malicious evaluations, false evaluations, illegal and irregular evaluations and other inappropriate content, including but not limited to deleting, folding, hiding, sinking and other methods of evaluation, and prohibiting users with serious circumstances from evaluating.

[Audit Rules] The platform will review the evaluation content. Only those that meet the rules and pass the review will be displayed to other users. Those that fail the review will not be displayed on the relevant pages and the cloud diamonds obtained will be deducted.

1. The review of evaluation content will be completed within 3-5 working days, and will be postponed for 5-7 working days during holidays.

2. Evaluation content containing the following situations (text, pictures or videos) will not pass the review and will not be displayed on the page:

1) Content that attacks my country's political system, legal system, splits the country, damages the country, revolutionary leaders, and the image of heroes and martyrs.

2) Content that leaks state secrets, undermines social stability, damages ethnic and regional unity, violates national religious policies, distorts and denigrates the excellent cultural traditions of the nation, and spreads terrorism.

3) Content that maliciously slanders or damages the image of national civil servants such as the People's Army, national security, police, administration, and justice, and the image of Communist Party members, and promotes and glorifies historical wars of aggression and colonial history.

4) Content that glorifies negative and negative characters, promotes feudal superstition and violates the scientific spirit, promotes bad, negative and decadent outlooks on life, world views and values, and exaggerates violence and blood, displays ugly behavior and horror scenes.

5) Displays obscene and pornographic content, exaggerates vulgar and low-level interests, promotes unhealthy and non-mainstream views on marriage and love, insults, slanders, derogates, pranks others, violates social morality, and is not conducive to the healthy growth of minors.

6) Evaluation text, uploaded pictures or videos are irrelevant to the purchased goods.

7) The uploaded images are shopping screenshots, blurred images, images taken against a computer screen, stolen images, images unrelated to the product, pornographic, gambling, and drug-related images, watermarked images, sensitive word images, QR code images, headshot images, face images, blank images, images that violate national regulations, etc. and cannot achieve the purpose of posting orders.

8) The images contain advertising information, online advertisements, and sell goods, disclose the privacy of others, and infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

9) Malicious evaluations that seek additional property or other improper benefits by means of fake orders, bad reviews, negative comments, etc.

10) False evaluation content that is inconsistent with the facts or cannot be proven.

11) The content of the text, uploaded images, or videos of others is stolen without their consent, and the rights holder reports and verifies it.

12) The evaluation text is repeated, the number of words is made up, and punctuation is not used correctly, which seriously affects others' reading.
