a. What is the verification code?

The verification code is a four-digit pick-up code sent to you after you make a purchase in order to confirm the identity of the consignee and ensure the safety of your goods. Currently, Suning has cancelled the verification code for delivery, but you still need to provide the verification code when you pick up your goods at the pick-up point or store.

b. How to check the verification code?

(1) When your goods arrive at the pick-up point, we will send you a text message to notify you that you can pick up your package. The notification text message contains the verification code.

(2) You can also log in to the website and enter the "My Personal Center-Order Center-Order Details" page to check (only self-pickup requires a verification code to receive the goods).
